We’re looking for a dynamic, courteous, personable professional who can multi-task well and believes in giving great customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communications and computer skills. Approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Responding promptly and thoroughly to support inquiries received via email & telephone
* Spend your day inside our community, interacting with users, providing support, and communicating relevant information back to the team.
* Curate and create content to maintain and grow social media engagement.
* Independently resolving technical/customer support issues and escalating cases when necessary
* Documenting system-wide problems and common questions posed by customers
* Providing valuable “front lines” feedback to the Product Management, Marketing 

Qualifications:

* Frequent user of Mobile phone applications, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube
* Strong ability to multitask
* Attention to detail and time management are a must
* Cordial and graceful in heated situations
* Previous customer support in any form experience will be an added qualification

Badges cover a variety of topics, including the type of user (e.g. Newbie) and category of photos he/she uploads (e.g. Dog Lover). Many badges have a back story, such as the “Cat Lover” badge. We’ve all heard that cats supposedly have 9 lives, so Streamzoo wants the user to prove it with 9 likes on 10 photos or videos with a #cat or #cats hashtag.

Other badge examples include:

• Hey Lover - Upload 8 photos or videos to #love and get 143 cumulative likes.
  The infinity symbol is an 8 sideways, and 143 is text code for I love you. To get this badge of everlasting love, a user will need to upload 8 photos or videos and get 143 cumulative likes.
• Videographer – Upload 7 videos to #love and get 20 likes each.
  ‘Videographer’ badge. To earn this badge, videographers will need to tap into their love of HD video resolution of 720p. To earn this badge, the user will need to upload seven videos and get 20 likes each.

Also this upgrade feature a complete overhaul of the user interface. We have made every step easier and more beautiful. Retina display is now fully supported for the iPhone. We also made a block user functionality available to allow users to configure the streams.
