It’s Feeding Time at the Zoo

Today Phonezoo launched a great feature for keeping up with what is going on at Phonezoo, even when you are away from the website.  We call this Phonezoo Feeds.  Here you can keep track of:

  • Messages that people leave for you
  • Comments left on the Ringtones or Photos you create
  • New content created by your Phonezoo Friends
  • Your friends’ status on Phonezoo

The idea is that we’ll alert you whenever there is activity on Phonezoo that might be of interest to you.  You can choose to receive feeds on Phonezoo.com, on our WAP site (wap.phonezoo.com), via email, or by text message.  You decide.  To start getting these feeds, simply log into Phonezoo, go to the Feeds tab and click on Edit My Feeds.  You can change your preferences at any time.

Let’s say your friend Amy creates a bunch of Photos that you like.  When you subscribe to her content feed, any new photos she creates can be sent to your phone automatically.  Or let’s say your friend Jason changes his status to ‘Bored.  Text me!’.  When you subscribe to his feed, you’ll know that now might be a great time to catch up with him.

Please try this out and let us know what you think.  We’re always looking for ideas on how to make Phonezoo more useful for you.
