WHAT’S UP WITH VERIZON MESSAGE DELIVERY?

As many Phonezoo users on Verizon have discovered over the past week, there have been long delays in delivery of PIX messages. We understand your frustration and are trying to figure out ways to get the ringtones delivered. Once we send a message out, it goes into the carrier network and beyond that we don’t have any control over if it makes it to your phone or not.

We have learned that there have been problems with the Verizon system and that they are working hard to fix them. PIX messaging is a great service from Verizon and lets give them room to get it back up and running. If you did not get a message, we ask you to please be patient and try again at a later time. Resending the message will only make the problem worse. I am sure they want to get the system back up just as much as all of us. Stay tuned for further updates


Now Supporting Alltel

Just a quick note to let you know that Phonezoo now supports Alltel!  Thanks to all of you who contacted Alltel and asked them to support Phonezoo.  We have been working with Alltel to get Phonezoo working for their subscribers.  We are happy to report that Phonezoo now works using the multi-media messaging service.  Alltel users will receive ringtones from Phonezoo that say “‘Multimedia message from 69964’ (Phonezoo’s code is 69964).  So all you Alltel users out there – get some custom Phonezoo ringtones for your phone.  And please tell your friends!
